Vui lòng đọc kỹ Chính sách Cookie này để hiểu cách xBook (sau đây gọi là “xBook”, “chúng tôi”) sử dụng cookie và các công nghệ theo dõi tương tự khi bạn truy cập hoặc sử dụng nền tảng học tập xBook, bao gồm website, hệ thống học tập số, và các môi trường mô phỏng tương tác (gọi chung là “Nền tảng”).

Bằng việc truy cập hoặc sử dụng Nền tảng, bạn xác nhận rằng bạn đã đọc, hiểu và đồng ý với việc sử dụng Cookie theo các điều khoản được quy định trong Chính sách này. Chính sách Cookie có thể được cập nhật theo thời gian; việc bạn tiếp tục sử dụng Nền tảng sau khi có thay đổi đồng nghĩa với việc bạn chấp nhận các thay đổi đó.

1. Cookie là gì?

Cookie và các công nghệ theo dõi tương tự (bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn ở thẻ pixel, SDK, và lưu trữ HTML5) (gọi chung là “Cookie”) là các tệp dữ liệu nhỏ được lưu trữ trên trình duyệt hoặc thiết bị của người dùng khi truy cập một nền tảng số. Cookie cho phép hệ thống nhận diện thiết bị, ghi nhớ tùy chọn, duy trì trạng thái đăng nhập, lưu tiến độ học tập, và đảm bảo các chức năng học tập tương tác của xBook vận hành ổn định, an toàn và hiệu quả.

Do xBook tích hợp nhiều mô-đun học tập, mô phỏng và công cụ phân tích, Cookie có thể được thiết lập từ nhiều nguồn kỹ thuật khác nhau nhằm đảm bảo toàn bộ Nền tảng hoạt động chính xác và liền mạch.

2. Mục đích sử dụng Cookie

xBook sử dụng Cookie nhằm các mục đích sau:

• Nhận diện và xác thực người dùng;
• Duy trì phiên đăng nhập và bảo mật tài khoản;
• Ghi nhớ ngôn ngữ, giao diện, và các thiết lập cá nhân;
• Lưu tiến độ học tập và trạng thái hoàn thành nội dung;
• Phân tích mức độ sử dụng Nền tảng để cải thiện hiệu năng và chất lượng nội dung;
• Phát hiện, phòng ngừa và khắc phục lỗi kỹ thuật.

xBook không sử dụng Cookie để thu thập thông tin cá nhân nhằm mục đích quảng cáo thương mại thuần túy.

3. Quyền kiểm soát Cookie của người dùng

Người dùng có quyền lựa chọn và kiểm soát việc sử dụng Cookie, bao gồm:

• Chấp nhận hoặc từ chối các Cookie không thiết yếu thông qua giao diện đồng ý Cookie trên Nền tảng;
• Điều chỉnh cài đặt trình duyệt hoặc thiết bị để chặn hoặc xóa Cookie;
• Sử dụng các công cụ kiểm soát Cookie của bên thứ ba (nếu có).

Lưu ý rằng việc chặn hoặc xóa một số Cookie có thể ảnh hưởng đến khả năng lưu tiến độ học tập, cá nhân hóa nội dung, hoặc hoạt động của các mô phỏng tương tác.

4. Các loại Cookie được xBook sử dụng

xBook sử dụng các nhóm Cookie sau:

a. Cookie cần thiết
Là các Cookie bắt buộc để Nền tảng hoạt động, bao gồm xác thực người dùng, bảo mật, quản lý phiên làm việc và xử lý thanh toán.

b. Cookie hiệu suất
Được sử dụng để đo lường mức độ sử dụng, theo dõi hiệu năng hệ thống, phát hiện lỗi kỹ thuật và cải thiện độ ổn định của Nền tảng.

c. Cookie chức năng
Cho phép ghi nhớ giao diện, ngôn ngữ, tiến độ học tập, và các tùy chọn cá nhân khác của người dùng.

d. Cookie phân tích
Hỗ trợ đánh giá hiệu quả nội dung, hành vi học tập tổng thể và cải thiện trải nghiệm học tập, không nhằm mục đích nhận diện cá nhân người dùng.

Cookie có thể là Cookie phiên (bị xóa khi đóng trình duyệt) hoặc Cookie lưu trữ dài hạn (được lưu cho đến khi hết hạn hoặc bị xóa thủ công).

5. Cookie của bên thứ ba và Đối tác Nội dung

Một số tổ chức giáo dục, giảng viên, nhà xuất bản hoặc đơn vị xây dựng nội dung trên xBook (“Đối tác Nội dung”) có thể thiết lập Cookie giới hạn trong phạm vi bài học hoặc mô phỏng của họ. Mặc dù xBook cung cấp hạ tầng kỹ thuật, các Đối tác Nội dung chịu trách nhiệm đối với việc sử dụng Cookie trong nội dung chuyên biệt của mình.

Các lựa chọn đồng ý Cookie của người dùng trên Nền tảng xBook sẽ được áp dụng cho Cookie do Đối tác Nội dung thiết lập, trong phạm vi kỹ thuật cho phép.

6. Thời hạn lưu trữ Cookie

Cookie có thể được lưu trữ trong các khoảng thời gian khác nhau tùy theo mục đích sử dụng, bao gồm Cookie phiên và Cookie lưu trữ dài hạn. Thời hạn cụ thể của từng Cookie được xác định theo cấu hình kỹ thuật của Nền tảng và các tiêu chuẩn bảo mật hiện hành.

7. Sửa đổi Chính sách Cookie

xBook có quyền sửa đổi, cập nhật Chính sách Cookie này vào bất kỳ thời điểm nào nhằm phản ánh các thay đổi về pháp luật, công nghệ hoặc mô hình vận hành. Phiên bản cập nhật sẽ được công bố trên Nền tảng và có hiệu lực kể từ thời điểm công bố.

Because xBook integrates multiple learning modules, simulations, and analytics tools, Cookies may be set from various technical sources to ensure the Platform functions accurately and seamlessly.

2. Purposes of Using Cookies

xBook uses Cookies for the following purposes:

• To identify and authenticate users;
• To maintain login sessions and account security;
• To remember language, interface, and personal settings;
• To store learning progress and completion status;
• To analyse Platform usage in order to improve performance and content quality;
• To detect, prevent, and resolve technical issues.

xBook does not use Cookies for purely commercial advertising or behavioural advertising purposes.
